We are pleased to announce that Issue 6 of the Univerisity of South Australia Law Review has been released. 

We want to congratulate the authors of our articles — Andrew Makin, Cassandra Williams and Isabel Devitt — and our student editorial team for their hard work and dedication in publishing this edition.

Welcome to the University of South Australia Student Law Review.

The University of South Australia Student Law Review was started in 2015 as an avenue for students to publish their academic work to the world at large, in partnership with outside academics and practitioners.

This Review aims to create a 'dialogue' between students and academics/practitioners through our primary focus on articles that discuss current and emerging issues within the legal profession.

We aim to showcase student research: In our view, students are scholars too, and their contributions to the academic world should be no less celebrated.
