Vol 3 (2017/2018): UniSA Student Law Review

The 2017/2018 edition suggests how the Australian Parliament should respond to the issue of doxing, and also considers whether South Australian law adequately protects the rights of hosts, guests and neighbours who are affected by home-sharing agreements such as AirBnB. 

Finally, this edition considers the adequacy of Australia's website-blocking laws under section 115A of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
